This month we are recognizing National Dental Hygiene Month at True North Orthodontics. While we are creating beautifully aligned smiles in our community, we are also taking the time to remind our patients to stay on top of their dental hygiene. This includes brushing and flossing after meals and before bed. Be sure to rinse and clean your orthodontic appliance too. It is also handy to keep an orthodontic care kit on hand. This way your dental hygiene won’t be neglected!
This month we hosted a Back to School BBQ for our patients and community at Aspen Landing! We had food, games, prizes, live music and much more! Thank you to everyone who came out for this amazing event. Check out our video to see the good times we had!

Life with braces… it’s a different ball game! Your teeth may occasionally hurt from time to time, and you need to use wax to relieve the discomfort. Your diet choices are usually different too. For example, you shouldn’t eat popcorn, but you can eat ice cream. No matter the changes required, the end goal of your treatment is a beautiful and healthy smile.
